Hot Shots was formed as a company in 1994.  From a modest beginning selling Trading Cards, it has now branched out into products such as Licensed Products, Confectionery, Party Goods, Novelty Products, Collectable Publishing, Stationery and Apparel.

Product development is one of Hot Shots strengths, with sourcing contacts throughout Asia, Europe and the USA.  As a company, there are plans to expand the product offers during the next fiscal year.

During the 13 years of trading at Hot Shots, the company has gone through many changes.  Recently, the company has gone on a recruitment drive, and is re-structuring the operation, adding new personnel, and systems, to bring the latest innovations to the market, and management procedures.

We have modern warehouse facilities - we are EDI compliant, we are E Commerce approved, we Scan Pack and Pick and Pack

Creative:

We employ three full time artists, and have access to specialized studios, working on our projects exclusively.  From this pool of talent, we are able to design and bring to the market the latest creations, on a diverse range of products.

Quality Control:

We maintain strict guidelines in the manufacturing process - we meet all of the Quality Assurance guidelines of all of the major accounts, both here and overseas.

Sales and Marketing:

We have developed a reputation of aggressively marketing our products.  We intend to maintain this intensity, tailoring programs for our major accounts.  Our forward planning will incorporate account management, working closely with buyers, and developing ranges and promotions, suitable to their individual operations.

Licenses:

We have marketed successfully many products under such licenses as Barbie, Simpsons, Dragon Ball, Spiderman, The Hulk, Yi Gi Oh, Looney Tunes, Batman, Superman, and Marvel Heroes - we will continue to market product under License, when we feel that License will enhance market potential.  While we embark on change, we will still maintain our focus on customer service.  We believe over the coming fiscal period, there will be major opportunities with our trading partners.
