Our Approach

1. Site Visit (no charge): It can be difficult to know where to start. The purpose of the site visit is to help you inidentify what needs to be achieved and the appropriate services/products to meet your needs.
2. Service Plan: A Service Plan will be forwarded to you by the next working day. The Service Plan confirms your needs and provides an itemised qoutation of project tasks, duration, due dates and cost.
3. No Cancellation Policy: We realise that finding time to undertake further training can be difficult. Having that course caneclled at short notice is frustrating and disruptive to your schedule. IRM a No Cancellation Policy for advertised courses (except where unavoidable due to sickness or injury).
4. Pricing Policy: To provide certainty in project costing IRM are committed to providing all clients with a Service Plan providing an itemised quote for all project tasks. Where duartion of a task falls well short of what is estimated, we do not charge for the additional time. In instances where additional tasks are required, we do not commence until authorised.

6. All IRM outputs are integrated into the way your business delivers services and products to your customer (i.e. the “process” approach as promoted by ISO 9001). Services delivery is based on internationally recognised management system (ISO 9001:2008) and risk management Standards (AS4630:2004).

• Integration of the existing capability of your personnel, processes and controls into new or revised management systems and controls.
• Development of a single integrated management system for managing risk, compliance, sustainability and management system requirements (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 9001, AS4801).
• Effective identification, communication and integration of emerging compliance requirements into your management system framework.
• Risks to be managed where they occur rather than after the event (i.e. personnel creating the risk manage the risk).
